Flow Drawings and Design Inc. is a multi-service design firm with a unique skill set and a broad range of experience and expertise. Based out of Port Severn, Ontario – we have been working in the Muskoka, Simcoe, and Parry Sound Districts since established in 2017.

We work with contractors or property owners directly, as well as Planning Consultants, Engineers, Surveyors, Township reps etc. when applicable. We are known for working closely with our clients to ensure that your vision goes from paper and planning to reality.

Although we are not professional planners, we can also aid in permitting services and By-Law research if needed, as well as attend meetings on the property owners behalf if circumstances suggest it (ie. The property is not their primary residence).

We are a BCIN certified and insured firm, currently qualified through the MAH Housing, Small Buildings, and Plumbing certifications. Within the residential design industry – typically if you can dream it, we can design it!
